6Program Objective The program is designed to develop, train and equip worship leaders of Baptist churches in Ukraine.

We are aimed at training a faithful Christian who is able to be engaged to the ministry and lead different types of music worship ministry taking into account specifics and potential of a local church.

• We provide a student with knowledge in core theology and music courses;

• We train a student in terms of professional skills in music domain;

• We help a student develop a character of a minister leading the church in worship and towards spiritual growth;

• We equip a student to lead music worship ministry in a local church;

Delivery mode

• It is a four-year program;

• Part-time study: 3 sessions per year, each session lasts 2 weeks.

Program Specifics

  • Students under supervision of their teachers will be provided with an opportunity to practice their skills by being actively involved in seminary ministry, attending local churches and holding different music events;
  • Students will have meeting and workshops with ministers and musicians who inspire and deliver new ideas for development and improvement of their ministry;
  • Personal care and counseling of each student and help in developing his/her ministry;
  • Fellowship in friendly environment of students and teachers that contributes to sharing spiritual and professional experience;
  • Music qualification of a seminary graduate, who successfully completed studies at the program, enables him/her to continue training at higher education establishment.
