Program Objective This program is designed to provide a student with the necessary spiritual education and set of practical skills required for pastoral ministry in a local church.
We want our students to have genuine theological understanding of Bible, so that they:
Preach God’s Word effectively;
Lead the God’s Church having a heart of pastor/servant;
Contribute to sharing the Gospel:
Personally by raising new leaders;
Through Church Panting Process.
Education is delivered in terms of four aspects:
We teach students key principles of Bible interpretation and we teach them to develop skills of preaching.
We will encourage and contribute to development and formation of minister’s character i.e. have humble heart and be brave to lead the church to maturity in Christ at the same time by overcoming all the difficulties and spiritual hindrances.
We will equip students with practical pastoral skills – leading (developing), protecting and feeding the church.
