Words from the President
Dear Brothers and Sisters, we are grateful to God for the opportunity to study and get a theological education. During 1920’s and 1930’s we had a school of theology in Galacia but it was closed during the time of the Soviet Union. For us this time without being able to study theology was difficult. We began in the year 2000 to make our dream come true for a Baptist Theological Seminary in our own Ukrainian language. The initiators of this dream were the Baptist brothers in Ukraine and the old Baptist brothers in America and Canada. The first class of students in UBTS (Ukrainian Baptist Theological Seminary) began in 2002.
Today we are working for our people, propagating the Holy Bible, and bringing up servants to work in our churches. The seminary is active in growing faithful servants to work in God’s field. We are in the process of developing and publishing text books and other Christian literature in the Ukrainian language. The development of these books enables our people to know and love God who created them.
We have taken as our motto Matthew 10:25 “It is enough for a disciple that he be like his teacher….”
We are going to be like our Teacher and Lord and in this spirit grow our students into dedicated, loving servants of our God.

1 квітня, в страсний четвер, адімністрація та студенти Української Баптистської Теологічної семінарії провели спеціальне богослужіння, згадуючи про страждання Спасителя із звершенням Вечері Господньої.
Візит на Івано-Франківщину
21-го березня 2010 року, група студентів, які навчаються на стаціонарі в Українській Баптистській Теологічній семінарії, з Божою допомогою, здійснили одноденну поїздку в церкви Івано-Франківщини.

Мета програми: підготувати висококваліфікованих теологів для науково-дослідницької роботи та викладачів для теологічних шкіл.
